Basics Of Hydraulic Filters Cylinders
Hydraulic cylinders failed for various reasons for poor specifications and abuse to old age. Here are 10 main reasons for failure and how to make hydraulic filters cylinder repairs.
1 – Ordinary seal leak
This can be caused because a number of reasons that are most common in new cylinders are not true of the seal, but the wrong metal permit can also cause an initial failure. Another physical reason for this failure after the device is used is corroded, or marking the seal flow. The oil itself can also be the cause because it is contaminated, or because the air has been trapped.
Corrective actions are not surprising including checking and if necessary replace the seal. Metal permits must be checked in any event and if oil is found contaminated, it must be replaced. There needs to be a clear reason set for oil contamination because it may be an unclear sign of use – Checking permits is part of this process.
2 – Piston rod prints
The piston rod assessment is often caused by oil contamination, but this may also be contamination from the gland bearing. If it is not trapped in time, the gland cushion may fail completely.
3 – Scoring a cylinder goal
The cylinder hole assessment can also be caused by oil contamination, which in turn may be a sign of failure of the piston head bearing.
4 – Internal barrels are corroded
The most likely cause of the barrel that is corroded internally is water in oil.
5 – Pitting rod piston
Quite a lot of one is the cause of pitting piston rods is corrosion. This may also be a sign that the cylinder is determined wrongly or may be used in an environment that is not designed.
6 – Leak from around the outer diameter of the gland
Leaks from around the outer diameter of the glands can be caused by the failure of the Ring-O Ring, or by having a cracked gland, whether in turn it can be caused by a poor permit.
7 – Bent piston stems
Crooked piston rods may be a sign that the hydraulic cylinder is overloaded. This may be because the cylinders and pistons related to work outside of their specifications – strengths in other words.
The first thing to check is the burden and whether the cylinder works in specifications, or not, because without this information any improvement will not last long.
8 – Separate Lazan at Pang Kalan and Port
Separate welds in the base and port can be caused by the original filter manufacture (or the latest repair) by a failed bad weld.
9 – Damaged eye pads
Damaged eye bearings are usually caused by cylinders that work on loads above their specifications, or with shock loading – or sudden impact on full pressure (or outside).
This investigation can cause changes in use, or increase specifications in improvement.
10 – Rod is worn on one side
A stem worn on one side is a sign of side movements from several types either from the lack of bearing support. Or too much side load that can be a result of disobey or abuse.
Improvements will provide an opportunity to not only fix problems. But increase assembly specifications by increasing stem size, increasing the bearing area or combining external guidelines. The combination of all three is also possible.
